About Mrs. Kirr

Mrs. Kirr currently teaches 7th grade LA and Literature in Arlington Heights, IL. Prior to this, from 1995-2002, she taught children who are deaf or hard of hearing.  She then acquired her Master's in Reading and became the reading specialist at TMS from 2002 until 2009.  In 2007, she became National Board Certified and in 2008, language arts department chair until 2011 - when she decided to focus solely on her students.
